GREAT piece! Love the idea. Good luck with the show...
So clever Barbara - I love how you have a darker area within the circle and the Olde English writing - the whole piece is very effective!!!
Thanks Carol and Karen. I had fun doing this one, probably because it had more room to be creative in. Course, I love doing trees!
Barbara, good luck with your show! If you don't win best of show, they need to get some new judges!!
Ha! Thanks Deb. Unfortunately it's only juried to get in. There are no awards. I am very happy to be in this.
I really like this one Mom. Your trees are always so wonderful and have so much texture. And of course, I love the crow.
I also really like what I'm calling the portal - the darker area in the middle. It's almost as if you're looking through a time portal or even like a magnified glass space.
Thanks Gina. : ) You know how much I love to do tree too. I'm finding out how interesting crows are. And that's an interesting observation, I had the circle as though a clock face, but a portal is a great vision and the magnified glass space is like a watch crystal.
