You are all so...Thanks everyone for your comments. You are all so kind!<br /><br />Karen, when I paint in acrylic I use different surfaces. Sometimes gessobord, claybord and illustration board too. The other two I can frame without glass, but using the illustration board, I need a mat and glass. It's a pain to have to use mats and glass, but I can have a much smaller image. The gessobord and claybord only come in 4" x 4".Barbara A.
